At DentinTalk, we take pride in providing high-quality dental-themed products. If you notice any issues with your order, please submit a problem report within 30 days of receiving the product. Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items will be covered at our expense. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Please note that any returned shipments will be sent to our facility, and unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. If the return address is not set to the Dentin facility, you will be liable for any returned shipments received. Additionally, we do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, due to health and hygiene reasons.
If you wish to return a product, please advise us to contact you first. Returns for products and size exchanges are at your expense and discretion. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion, by the English language.
